Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions. International delivery times may vary slightly by destination, but we select reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
How can I qualify for free shipping?
Orders totaling $50 or more automatically qualify for free shipping via EMS. Pro Tip: Combine items from our Baby Gifts or Nursery Decor collections to reach the threshold while creating a beautifully coordinated look for your little one’s space.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cloud Island experience. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may initiate a return within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our customer care team to begin the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
