Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in original condition with tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Diapering products or Changing Pads & Covers unless defective
- Personalized baby gifts are final sale unless damaged
How to Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center (address provided in approval email).
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
